🚗 Transportation & Arrival

Asilomar is approximately 85 miles south of Stanford University. If you haven’t already, please review our travel policy letter.

Shuttle to Asilomar:

  • Friday 7/10: A private shuttle to Asilomar will depart the Stanford Campus at 2:00pm from Palm Drive and Roth Way (located on Roth Way between Palm Dr and Lasuen St).

  • Sunday 7/12: A private shuttle will depart from Asilomar back to the Stanford Campus, leaving Asilomar at 1:45pm. 

Driving: 

  • The drive typically takes 1 hour and 45 minutes via US-101 S and CA-156 W.

  • Parking: On-site parking is free for all guests. Please notify the front desk staff on arrival who will direct you to a parking area.

Hotel Check-In/Out:

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
